This Privacy Policy explains what information TurnKey Grass (“TurnKey Grass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through www.turnkeygrass.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who else handles it, and the choices you have. It covers this Site only, not other websites we link to. Our Terms and Conditions also apply to your use of the Site.

Information You Give Us

Our estimate and contact forms ask for:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The service you are interested in
• The property address: street, city, state, and ZIP code
• Your message about the project
• Photos or videos of your yard, which are optional
• Your consent choices for text messages and for phone calls

We ask for the address because the price of a sod job depends on the property, and photos help us prepare a more accurate estimate. Our newsletter form asks only for your email address. If you use the chat window or call us, we receive what you choose to tell us there.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the Site records basic technical information when you visit: the pages you open, the site or search that sent you, your approximate location based on your IP address, your browser and device type, and the date and time. This comes from cookies, similar technologies, and standard server logs.

How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your request and prepare your estimate
• To schedule, carry out, and follow up on work you book
• To send the text messages and calls you agreed to, and the newsletter if you subscribed
• To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information.

Text Messages and Calls

The forms ask for your consent to text messages and to calls separately, and you can request an estimate without agreeing to either. If you opt in to text messages, you may receive up to 5 messages per month, including service notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

If you consent to calls, that consent covers calls to the number you provide, including automated calls that may use AI-generated voice technology. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us on a call or by calling the number below.

Mobile information and text message opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

Services That Handle Information for Us

We use outside services to run parts of the Site. Each has its own privacy policy.

• LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) hosts our forms, chat window, and text messaging. Anything you submit through a form or the chat goes to that system so we can respond. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person, not a bot.
• WhatConverts, a lead and call tracking service, is loaded inside our forms and records which pages and sources lead to an estimate request.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can see where the Site is hard to use. Microsoft’s privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.
• Google AdSense may show ads on the Site (see Advertising below).
• Elfsight supplies the social media feed shown on our homepage.
• Google Fonts and Bunny Fonts supply the typefaces used on the Site and in the chat and form tools.
• Our web host stores the Site and its server logs.

Advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and the Site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Your Choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us, and stop text messages by replying STOP. Children

The Site is meant for adults arranging lawn work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
